Steel that works differently
A typical knife costing around PLN 100 is made of one layer of steel with a hardness of 52–56 HRC.
Our blade consists of 67 layers and reaches 60±2 HRC, which means greater edge stability and slower blade wear.
Sharpness that doesn't go away after a month
A difference of 4–8 HRC points is not a detail.
Each point on the Rockwell scale represents a noticeable increase in abrasion resistance, allowing the blade to stay sharp longer and require sharpening less often.
Balance instead of weight
Budget knives often feel heavy but lack balance.
Precise balance and a natural rosewood handle (approx. 256 g total weight) ensure fatigue-free control during extended use.
